COMMUNITY MOBILITY INCREASES, MARKETPLACE INTENSIFIES ”OMNICHANNEL”

Indonesian local market enterprises, like Blibli, are adopting omnichannel sales. Net income rose 21% in Q1 2023, reducing the company's net loss by 17% from Q1 2022. Blibli's Q1 2023 revenue depends on the number of users who transact, average order value, and amount spent per user in retail and institutional consumer categories. The omnichannel strategy meets 90% of consumers' daily needs, from fashion to concerts. Edward K. Suwignyo, Blibli's Chief Marketing Officer, says the company has moved beyond e-commerce to an omnichannel ecosystem with reward points from Blibli, Tiket.com, and Ranch Market.Blibli in Store is used by over 17,000 offline shops for pay later payments. 142 stores and 14,000 click-collect points were reached. Since 2017, Samsung Indonesia has used omnichannel sales. Danone Indonesia E-Commerce Director Audya Bisma believes that consumers, especially mothers-to-children, will always prefer online sales channels.
