Digital platforms that offer e-commerce or trading cannot manufacture goods. The permit to become a digital platform operator is different from the permit to create goods. Aligning with other rules set for August 1, 2023, Minister of Trade Regulation (Permendag) Number 50 of 2020 was revised.
