CAMBODIA’S TRADE WITH RCEP COUNTRIES UP 21.2 PCT IN JANUARY

Cambodia's trade volume with RCEP member countries reached $2.74 billion in January, a 21.2% increase from the previous year, accounting for 67.6% of the country's total trade of $4.05 billion. The top five trading partners under the RCEP are China, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, and Indonesia. The Cambodian Ministry of Commerce's Secretary of State, Penn Sovicheat, believes RCEP is a catalyst for Cambodia's trade growth and attracts foreign direct investments. (ICE BANGKOK)
