Warta, a leading insurance company in Poland, has presented its results for 2023, when it grew faster than its competitors and generated record sales. Both companies of the Warta Group improved their performance, with the non-life insurance company posting a net profit of ca. PLN793m and the life insurance company – a net profit of PLN113m, almost twice more than a year earlier. In total, Warta posted a net profit of PLN906m, compared with the sector’s total net profit of PLN9.5bn. Commenting on the group’s performance, CEO Jarosław Parkot notes that the group has a state-of-the-art system for calculating premiums for customers, which it develops and upgrades on a regular basis.
