The contract, which was awarded in March last year, covers the construction of roads, utility services networks, rainwater tanks, freshwater networks, saline water networks, and associated facilities.The duration of the construction works is three years, according to the ministry notice.UK-based Foster + Partners designed the masterplan for the South Sabah Al Ahmad township project. The scheme includes constructing a residential development containing over 11,000 housing units.The South Sabah Al Ahmad project covers an area of 6,150 hectares and is located 70 kilometres south of Kuwait (ICE KUWAIT)
