Saudi Arabia's Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) has issued a tender inviting companies to bid for a contract to build site offices in Qiddiya Entertainment City on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The notice was issued in March and the deadline for bid submission is the end of April. The scope of work includes the establishment of a project site office for the Janadriyah infrastructure package over an area of 4,200 square metres. It will be a G+1 facility offering 300 office desks, meeting rooms, kitchen area, 30 shaded car parking an includes other associated infrastructure.
