Saudi Arabia’s Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) has issued a notice inviting companies to express interest in a contract to build site offices in Qiddiya Entertainment City on the outskirts of Riyadh. The expression of interest (EoI) notice was issued on 3 April, and the submission date was 21 April. The project involves the construction of Delta B project offices that can accommodate 500 staff, 300 car parking spaces, site preparation and associated site facilities. Qiddiya is preparing for more construction work, which will increase the need for project site offices. In April, QIC issued a tender inviting companies to bid for a contract to build site offices in Qiddiya Entertainment City. The scope of work includes establishing a project site office for the Janadriyah infrastructure package over an area of 4,200 square metres.
